Please note that while Mail Forwarding Service is inclusive, Postage charges for mails forwarded will be calculated using the Postage Calculator on the SingPost website (www.singpost.com) by keying in the destination and the weight of the mails to be forwarded and charged accordingly during each mail forwarding session. These will be deducted from account credit balance.
To add funds to your credit balance, simply log into your client portal and click on your name on the top right hand side.
Click on add funds and follow the instructions that you see there. Please ensure and maintain a healthy credit balance to avoid any service disruptions as mails will not be forwarded if credit balance is insufficient.
